How to take it

2. Daily dosing: Bergamot twice daily. CoQ10 with breakfast. Nattokinase on empty stomach. EPA/DHA with the largest meal. Balance Oil any time. Dosing confirmed in your consult.

3. Twelve-week review: retest comprehensive cardiovascular panel to measure change in ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP and omega-3 index.

Warnings: Always read the label and follow directions for use. If you are on blood-thinning medication (warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, clopidogrel, aspirin), do not start this plan without discussing with your prescribing practitioner; Nattokinase and high-dose EPA/DHA both affect coagulation. Your initial consult screens for contraindications. If you have known cardiovascular disease, do not stop or modify prescribed cardiac medication based on this plan; this plan supports cardiovascular risk reduction but does not replace clinical care for established heart disease.
