Directions for use
Loading dose: 2 tablets twice daily with food. Maintenance dose: 1 tablet twice daily with food. Loading dose is typically used for the first 4-8 weeks then reducing to maintenance.

If you have a diagnosed thyroid condition or are on thyroid medication, seek medical advice before use, iodine supplementation can affect thyroid hormone levels. Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) may interact with thyroid medications, immunosuppressants and sedatives. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
