Shipping policy

Functional Medicine Test prices are inclusive of shipping.

Supplement shipping rates are:
Standard $12.50
Express $30

Products marked COLD in the product name must be sent with express shipping and we will include cold pack protection for your sensitive products. Orders including cold items will only be shipped on Monday or Tuesday to help preserve their temperature. Please refrigerate cold items as soon as you receive them.

If your order contains back ordered products there will be a slight shipping delay while we await shipment from our stockist, for most products this will only be a few days.
