Refund policy

Refunding Functional Medicine Test Orders:

If you have not yet had your test samples collected at a pathology provider OR have not yet had a test kit shipped to you, and you have a change of mind, we can issue a full refund. Please email evergreenoptilabs@gmail.com with your name and order number to organise.

If your samples have already been collected or a test kit has been shipped to you, a refund is not possible.

Refunding Supplement Orders:

Once supplements leave our store they cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose carefully.
