Highly nutritious, is versatile and can be used in place of cooking oil or butter in cooking and is fantastic for roasting, sautéing, baking, drizzling or frying due to its high smoke point.

Keto friendly as ghee is a source of good fats. You can use it in your cooking or add it to your coffee to induce Ketosis.
