What's in it

5 active ingredients

Each ingredient is in its most bioavailable form, at a clinically meaningful dose. No fillers, no token amounts, no marketing-led blends.

Iron bisglycinate chelate
Meta Fe Iron Bisglycinate

Metagenics' proprietary chelated iron form with high bioavailability and good gastrointestinal tolerability.

24mg elemental iron (from 120mg Meta Fe)
Buffered ascorbate
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate)

Enhances non-haem iron absorption by maintaining iron in the reduced (ferrous) state required for intestinal uptake.

80mg (from 100mg calcium ascorbate)
Pyridoxine
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)

Essential cofactor for aminolevulinic acid synthase — the rate-limiting enzyme in haem biosynthesis.

5mg
Methylated B12
Vitamin B12 (co-methylcobalamin)

Active form of B12 required for red blood cell maturation and DNA synthesis. Methylated form suitable for all including MTHFR variants.

500mcg
5-MTHF (methylated folate)
Activated Folate (levomefolic acid)

The active form of folate that bypasses MTHFR conversion requirements. Essential for DNA synthesis and red blood cell production.

200mcg
