What's in it

1 active ingredient

Each ingredient is in its most bioavailable form, at a clinically meaningful dose. No fillers, no token amounts, no marketing-led blends.

Pharmaceutical-grade powder
Benfotiamine (S-benzoylthiamine O-monophosphate)

A lipid-soluble prodrug of thiamine that achieves intracellular thiamine concentrations up to five times higher than equivalent doses of water-soluble thiamine. Activates transketolase, a key enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway that helps divert glucose metabolites away from pro-inflammatory and glycation pathways.

100–600mg daily (practitioner directed)
Always read the label and follow directions for use. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
