How to enjoy it
1-3 tablespoons daily, ground or chewed. Add to smoothies, porridge, yoghurt or baked goods. Drink plenty of water when using as a fibre supplement.
Warnings and important information
Drink adequate water, insufficient water with fibre supplements can worsen constipation. Not recommended in high doses without adequate fluid intake. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
