Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride
A vitamin B3 derivative that is one of the most efficient precursors to NAD+. NR enters the NAD+ biosynthesis pathway via the Preiss-Handler or salvage pathway. Multiple human RCTs have demonstrated that oral NR significantly increases blood NAD+ levels.

How to take it
Simple to take, with a few timing notes that make a real difference to absorption.
1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional. Morning dosing is recommended. May be taken with or without food.
Not to be taken by children under 12 years. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains ribose, a naturally occurring sugar. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. No added soy, dairy, nuts, eggs, yeast or sesame. Free from colours, flavours, benzoates, sulfites and sorbates. Vegan friendly.
