Stool (PCR)

Beneficial bacteria, opportunistic organisms, parasites, yeast and Helicobacter pylori. The structural map of your gut ecosystem.

Reference range: Comprehensive bacterial profile

Pillar 2: Digestive Function
Stool

Measures how well you are producing digestive enzymes, absorbing fats, and mounting mucosal immune responses.

Reference range: Pancreatic elastase, faecal fats, secretory IgA

Pillar 3: Inflammation and Immunity
Stool

Markers of active gut inflammation, immune activation and enzyme activity. Distinguishes IBD patterns from functional disorders.
