Is this the GG strain?
Confirm from the product label — Spectrumceuticals L. Rhamnosus may be a different strain. The GG (ATCC 53103) strain has the most clinical evidence. Strain specificity matters for matching clinical evidence to the product.
Are the supplements safe?
