How to take it

Simple to take, with a few timing notes that make a real difference to absorption.

1 heaped teaspoon (8g) twice daily in 250ml water. Natural peach flavour. May be taken with or without food.

Contains sulfites. Contains sugars. Do not take when pregnant or considering becoming pregnant. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains zinc, zinc may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Contains ulmus rubra (slippery elm), may reduce absorption of medications. Separate doses by at least 2 hours from any medications.
