What's in it

8 active ingredients

Each ingredient is in its most bioavailable form, at a clinically meaningful dose. No fillers, no token amounts, no marketing-led blends.

Thiamine HCl
Thiamine (B1)

Cofactor for pyruvate dehydrogenase and alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase — essential for carbohydrate energy metabolism.

Included
Riboflavin 5-phosphate (active)
Riboflavin (B2)

Coenzyme form (FMN) required for the electron transport chain and fatty acid beta-oxidation.

Included
Inositol hexanicotinate (non-flushing)
Niacin (B3)

Non-flushing form of niacin supporting NAD+ synthesis without the vasodilatory effects of nicotinic acid.

Included
Calcium pantothenate
Pantothenic Acid (B5)

Required for coenzyme A synthesis — essential for fatty acid metabolism and the citric acid cycle.

Included
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P)
Pyridoxine (B6)

Active coenzyme form of B6, bypassing the liver conversion step. Required for amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis and haemoglobin production.

Included
Folinic acid (5-formyl-THF)
Folate (B9)

Folinic acid converts to methylfolate in the body without requiring the MTHFR enzyme — providing reliable folate support regardless of MTHFR genotype, without introducing excess methyl groups.

Included
Hydroxocobalamin
Vitamin B12

Converts to both methyl-B12 and adenosyl-B12 in the body. Provides complete B12 support without introducing external methyl groups — ideal where methylation load management is important.

Included
D-Biotin
Biotin (B7)

Essential cofactor for carboxylase enzymes involved in fatty acid synthesis, gluconeogenesis and amino acid metabolism.

Always read the label and follow directions for use. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

How to take it

Simple to take, with a few timing notes that make a real difference to absorption.

1-2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your practitioner.

Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Consult your practitioner if you are taking medications that interact with folate or B12 (including methotrexate). Not recommended during pregnancy without practitioner guidance on folate dose.
