Each ingredient is in its most bioavailable form, at a clinically meaningful dose. No fillers, no token amounts, no marketing-led blends.

Standardised dry extract
Vitex agnus castus (Chasteberry) fruit extract

Chasteberry fruit extract standardised to its primary active compounds. Acts on the anterior pituitary to support dopaminergic signalling and LH release, indirectly supporting progesterone production in the luteal phase. Clinical evidence supports use for PMS and cycle regularity.

40mg (equiv. 1.8g fresh fruit); standardised to 400mcg agnuside and 120mcg casticin
Always read the label and follow directions for use. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
